SALES PROCESS
Given the nature of this very special development interested parties will be required to provide the following information and the site tour will then be arranged.
A nondisclosure agreement is required
Confirm that the organisation has access to the necessary funding regarding an acquisition of this nature.
Confirmation that the interested party has experience at developing high-quality properties of this nature as the finish and landscaping of the site is of the utmost importance.
Viewing days:
Wednesday 28th of February between 10 AM and 2 PM
Wednesday 6th of March between 10 AM and 2 PM
Thursday 7th of March between 9 AM and 12 PM
Once the site tour has been concluded statements of interest will be invited. Once a shortlist has been agreed with the Compton estate interested parties will be notified and those shortlisted invited to offer.
All offers will have to be issued in writing by Wednesday, May 1st documenting the following.
Proof of funds
Details of lawyers
Confirmation of any conditions
Confirming that they can move to exchange within four weeks from an offer being accepted
All offers will be reviewed by the Compton estate
Confirmation that they have met the contractor responsible for the historic conversions and have a high-level strategy regarding the seamless development of Compton Park.
